WILLEMSTAD – The Precarious Permits Team for Carnival 2026 has issued several important announcements as preparations for the upcoming carnival season intensify.
The team strongly encourages all customers to complete their registration online. To promote digital registration, the first 500 registered customers and the 1,000th registered customer will each receive a special prize.
On the next three Fridays — December 5, 12 and 19 — customers who have registered online, completed their payment, and emailed their proof of payment will be able to collect their permits at Plaza Horacio Hoyer 19.
The Precarious Permits Team is currently organizing and allocating the area in front of Santana on the Roodeweg, from the entrance of Colon near Shefaku up to the Marlboro building. All individuals who normally occupy this space are urged to contact the team as soon as possible.
The Precarious Permits Office at Plaza Horacio Hoyer 19 is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Friday, December 19, the office will close at 11:30 a.m. and will not reopen in the afternoon.
