WILLEMSTAD – A new medical post will soon be available at Mambo Beach, aimed at providing quick and accessible healthcare services for tourists. MedPoint Curaçao has partnered with Kontiki Beach Resort to set up a fully equipped treatment room directly at the popular beach location.
According to a joint press release, visitors will be able to receive first aid, medical advice, and general practitioner care when necessary. Doctors will be present daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., ensuring extended coverage during peak beach hours.
MedPoint Curaçao says the initiative is designed to enhance the overall visitor experience by offering immediate medical assistance in case of illness or accidents. “When you are on vacation, you want to enjoy yourself as much as possible,” said MedPoint Curaçao manager Kim Klappe. “If someone does get sick or injured, we want to provide fast and accessible care so guests can recover quickly and continue enjoying their stay.”
The medical post is expected to improve safety and peace of mind for both tourists and resort operators, particularly at one of Curaçao’s busiest beach destinations.
