WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1401 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 10 of them resulted positive. 31 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 424.
According to the epidemiology department, 2 imported cases were detected.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 28 cases are in the hospital. 14 COVID-related cases are in the ICU. Unfortunately 1 person has died in the hospital making the total now 161 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.
