WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1392 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 10 of them were positive. 14 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections remains at 125.
According to the epidemiology department, there were 2 imported cases. After more investigation it became known that 1 case was recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) until this morning: 4 COVID-related patients are in the hospital. 2 patients are in the ICU.
The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 182.
