WILLEMSTAD - 11.5 thousand families are currently registered at the Food Bank. This is according to Dennis Anthony of the umbrella organization Cooperating Aid Organizations.
Approximately three people per family are assumed, so the number of people who need help is around 35,000. The fear is that this will not drop quickly. Again, this week 20,000 food packages will be provided.
