WILLEMSTAD - On August 17 and 18, during 4 naturalization ceremonies, a total of 130 people made the declaration of solidarity before the Governor of Curaçao, H.E. Lucille George-Wout. Making the declaration of solidarity is a condition for acquiring Dutch nationality.
