WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1441 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 14 of them were positive. 14 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 119.
According to the epidemiology department, there were 6 imported cases.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 9 COVID-related patients are in the hospital. 4 of them are in the ICU. 1 of the patients in the ICU is from St. Maarten. Unfortunately, 1 person has died at home.
The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 177.
