WILLEMSTAD - The 16th Annual Female Leadership Conference in Curaçao "Success and Female Leadership" will take place May 25 and 26, 2019 in Curaçao.
Idea behind this conference is to have every year on the island of Curaçao a conference on international level with an interesting topic that will benefit the personal development of every participating professional.
This 16th consecutive conference since 2004 follows the conferences in 2018 Strength and Female Leadership; 2017 About Legacy and Female Leadership; 2016 About Women and Spirituality; 2015 About Female Leadership and Sensuality; 2014 About Women Evaluating; 2013 About Women and Vision; 2012 About Women and Influence; 2011 About Women and Creativity; 2010 About Women and Control; 2009 About Women and Opportunity; 2008 About Women and Health; 2007 About Women and Power; 2006 About Women and Image; 2005 About Women and Money and in 2004 About Women and Work.
Following resolutions during the past conferences attention will be given again during this 16th conference on success in the life of professional women.
This 16th Annual Female Leadership Conference is important for the woman combining work, family and life in general; the young ambitious female student aiming to have a successful career; business owners, HR's, everyone interested in knowing the value of female leaders in organizations. Each participant, must leave the conference with valuable information, encouraged and empowered, knowing how to go for success.
The final preparations are taking place for this 16th conference that will again be on professional level, well informed, with opportunity for participants to specifically build on good relationships.
It is an honor again to present the next Outstanding Woman during the 16th conference. The desire this year is to be able to recognize and document a female scientist form the Caribbean.
The criteria to nominate a candidate are:
she must be 60 years old or more
must be form the Caribbean
her professional life activities must be benefitting other women
