WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1589 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 17 of them resulted positive. 48 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 562.
According to the epidemiology department, 1 case is imported. After further investigation, it became known that 2 cases were recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 28 cases are in the hospital. 10 COVID-related cases are in the ICU.
