WILLEMSTAD - The 18th Annual Female Leadership Conference in Curaçao "Female Leaders leading by example" will take place virtually on May 29 and 30, 2021 in Curaçao.

3 confirmed female keynote speakers will be on the floor to share their experience and challenges and speak about the responsibilities they have as female leaders.

These 3 keynote speakers are member of the government of Bonaire deputy Nina den Heyer, veterinary oncologist, global speaker, best-selling author, and certified Grief Transformation consultant Dr. Birgitte Tan in the USA and in Uganda founder of 'Vase Of Transformation' the organization that empowers young people with knowledge and skills to lead and cascade transformative change in their communities using Advocacy, Dialogue and Mentorship; Sharon Katushabe.

The 2021 conference program is completed with in-between presenters with relevant topics for every participant; all sharing wisdom based on experiences.

This 18th Annual Female Leadership Conference is again important for the woman combining work, family, and life in general; the young ambitious female student aiming to have a successful career; business owners, HR's, everyone interested in understanding female leaders in organizations. Each participant must leave the conference with valuable information, encouraged and empowered, knowing that she is not alone with her daily experiences that so many times challenge her personal identity.

Initiator and organizer of the conferences Reyna Joe say that continuing with the organization since 2004 is again a pleasant challenge.

'Reactions received from participants of our first 17 conferences are the reasons to continue with these empowering conferences.

With the obligatory virtual contact, the conference now has more participants from every direction in the world creating unique connections and communications'.

There also will be this year again the recognition of an Outstanding Woman, a role model from the Caribbean, older than 60 years and who during her professional life did what benefitted other women.

This 18th consecutive conference since 2004 follows the conferences in 2020 Stories of Female Leaders; 2019 Success and Female Leadership; 2018 Strength and Female Leadership; 2017 About Legacy and Female Leadership; 2016 About Women and Spirituality; 2015 About Female Leadership and Sensuality; 2014 About Women Evaluating; 2013 About Women and Vision; 2012 About Women and Influence; 2011 About Women and Creativity; 2010 About Women and Control; 2009 About Women and Opportunity; 2008 About Women and Health; 2007 About Women and Power; 2006 About Women and Image; 2005 About Women and Money and in 2004 About Women and Work.
