19th Annual Female Leadership Conference in Curaçao: About Women and Gender Identity

WILLEMSTAD - The 19th Annual Female Leadership Conference in Curaçao " About Women and Gender Identity" will take place on May 28 and 29, 2022, both physical and virtual in Curaçao.

3 keynote speakers will share on the first day their opinion on how gender is understood and looked upon in these times.

Information on how many people are suffering and living in isolation because of gender identity is necessary to be shared to get a bigger understanding of what is living in our communities all over the world.

This 19th Annual Female Leadership Conference is important for the woman combining work, family and life in general; the young ambitious female student aiming to have a successful career; business owners, HR's, everyone interested in knowing the value of females in organizations. Each participant must leave the conference with valuable information, encouraged and empowered, knowing that he/she is at least understood and to understand herself.

Focus during the conference will be on building valuable relationships, create connections, and to empower participants male and female.

There will be this year again the recognition of an Outstanding Woman, a role model from the Caribbean, older than 60 years and who during her professional life did what benefitted other women.

There also will be the recognition of a promising young person with the Margaret Star.

Following resolutions during the past conferences attention will be given again during this 19th conference on what makes professional women strong and successful.
