WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1699 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 20 of them were positive. 8 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections remains at 132.
According to the epidemiology department, there were 6 imported cases.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) until this morning: 3 COVID-related patients are in the hospital. 2 patients are in the ICU. Unfortunately, 2 patients have died in the hospital.
The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 182.
