WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1773 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 21 of them resulted positive. 36 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 298.
According to the epidemiology department, there are no imported cases. After more investigation, it became known that 2 cases were recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 24 cases are in the hospital. 8 of them are in the ICU.
