WILLEMSTAD - A cargo ship arrived on Curaçao last night with 21,000 kilos of fresh food, including vegetables and potatoes.
More ships will arrive in the coming period. It concerns a total of 100,000 kilos of food for the Food Bank. This is organized by Paddy Roomer of Roomer Adviesbureau in the Netherlands. He collaborates with Seatrade, Fatels Food Group I Patani Global Food.
Thanks to the Ministry of Finance, he does not have to pay import duties. The food was brought yesterday with the Baltic Klipper.
