WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1240 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 31 of them resulted positive. 39 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 465.
According to the epidemiology department, 1 imported case was detected. After more investigation it became known that 1 case was recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 28 cases are in the hospital. 16 COVID-related cases are in the ICU.
