WILLEMSTAD - More than 32 million liters of PdVSA oil is offered for sale at auction. The oil is currently stored at Bullen Bay and will be offered for public sale on 11 December at 11 a.m.
Public sales were still delayed in May, as negotiations with local parties were still ongoing. It concerns more than 200,000 barrels of crude oil. After the sale, the storage costs are for the buyer.
