WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1978 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 33 of them resulted positive. 24 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 313.
According to the epidemiology department, 1 case was imported.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 22 cases are in the hospital. 7 of them are in the ICU. Unfortunately, 1 person has died in the hospital.
The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 169.
