WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 2193 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 33 of them resulted positive. 40 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 351.
According to the epidemiology department, 3 imported cases were detected. After more investigation, it became known that 1 case was recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 23 cases are in the hospital. 12 COVID-related cases are in the ICU.
