WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1822 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 36 of them resulted positive. 60 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 385.
According to the epidemiology department, no imported cases were detected. After more investigation, it became known that 1 case was recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 29 cases are in the hospital. 11 COVID-related cases are in the ICU. Unfortunately, 1 person has died at home.
