WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1837 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 37 of them resulted positive. 44 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 449.
According to the epidemiology department, 2 cases are imported. After more investigation it became known that 1 case was recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 32 cases are in the hospital. 18 COVID-related cases are in the ICU.
