WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1615 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 79 of them were positive. 2120 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 4703.
According to the epidemiology department, there were 29 imported cases.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) until this morning: 57 COVID-related patients are in the hospital, 16 of them are in the ICU.
The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 216.
