WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1043 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 8 of them were positive. 5 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is 93.
According to the epidemiology department, no cases are imported. After more investigation, it became known that 3 cases were recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 7 COVID-related patients are in the hospital. 2 are in the ICU.
