WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1560 people that were tested for the COVID-19 virus, 99 of them were positive. 111 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 1560.
According to the epidemiology department, there were 9 imported cases.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) until this morning: 13 COVID-related patients are in the hospital, 10 of them are in the ICU. Unfortunately, 1 person has died in the hospital.
The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 249.
