WILLEMSTAD - Buses from Autobusbedrijf Curaçao (ABC) no longer drive through the Sera Fortuna district in the evening. According to the bus company, the route is no longer safe for both bus drivers and passengers.
Recently, buses driving through Seru Fortuna were often pelted with rocks. This is not the first time that the route has been avoided through the district. ABC emphasizes that it is up to the parents in the neighborhood to address children about the vandalism against the driving buses.
The last bus to Seru Fortuna from Punda will now depart at 6.15 pm. The last bus from Otrobanda leaves at 8.15 PM. However, this bus will stop in front of the neighborhood entrance.
