WILLEMSTAD - On Tuesday March 2, Judge A.S. Arnold was sworn in as a member of the Common Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. Mrs. A.S. Arnold made the pledge before the Acting Governor of Curaçao, Her Excellency Michèle Russel-Capriles.
