WILLEMSTAD, THE HAGUE - The court of Curaçao has rightly sentenced Burney Fonseca to 26 years in prison for his role in the murder of the former Member of Parliament Helmin Wiels.
The Attorney General comes to that conclusion in his advice to the Supreme Court. The highest court of Dutch Kingdom will rule on the controversial case on 5 November. The Attorney General's opinion is important.
