The company also wants to thank all customers for maintaining themselves to the new normal respecting social distance and following the rules of their “McSafe” concept.
Operating under their "McSafe" concept, and with a commitment to help prevent the spread of the virus, McDonald's has conducted a comprehensive review in all areas of its operation to add current health authority recommendations to its existing processes. As a result, the company has applied numerous signals from the kitchen entrance to maintain a safe distance between people, tables and cash registers. In addition, the guest's temperature is measured at the entrance and a limited capacity of the guests is allowed. The company has also applied acrylic insulation to the counter, and all employees now wear face shields and masks. In addition, in terms of cleaning, sanitation and hand washing, the frequency indication was increased to enhance the rigorous usual processes.
