WILLEMSTAD - Refineria di Kòrsou, RdK, has informed that everything is being done to have a new strategic partner for the refinery by the end of February 2021.
The Project Management Organization, PMO, will do everything in its power to clarify this within two months. Before the end of the year, a choice will be made of a company that has given the best offer.
After that, negotiations will start immediately "to revitalize the oil industry on the island," said RdK.
The bids from three companies are currently being reviewed by the Project Management Organization. There must be clarity about the final candidate before 31 December.
