Air Bubble ABC islands extended to Windward Islands

Local | By Correspondent August 5, 2021

WILLEMSTAD - Residents from Aruba, Bonaire, Sint Maarten, Saba and Sint Eustatius no longer have to show a negative PCR test when they arrive at Hato. An antigen test three days after arrival also expires.

The measure only applies to residents who are fully vaccinated. They are not allowed to use one of the six islands as a hub if they are coming from the U.S., Europe or other high-risk countries. Aruba, on the other hand, ends the travel bubble between the ABC islands.

If residents fly to Aruba from Curaçao or Bonaire, they need a negative PCR test. They can have this collected in the country of departure or upon arrival in Aruba.
