WILLEMSTAD - The Public Prosecution Service (OM) has decided to prosecute former Education Minister Marilyn Alcalá-Wallé (PAR).
She was charged at the beginning of this year and stepped down as minister.
Alcalá-Wallé has announced not to return to parliament. She would be sworn in as a Member of Parliament on Friday, but already withdrew at that time.
Alcalá-Wallé has a seat and gives it to the PAR. The next person on the list can now be sworn in after presenting his credentials to the governor.
