All Flow customers reconnected

WILLEMSTAD - The customers of internet provider Flow who were suddenly disconnected from the network have internet and television again. The company was forced to reconnect its entire customer base until all recent payments have been processed.

As a result, debtors have a temporary connection again. Since the takeover of UTS, there is often confusion among customers and payment points. Last weekend it was a bit chaotic at the Flow customer service center in Saliña when several of these customers demanded an explanation of why they did not have internet even though they had paid for the service.

Many acquired UTS customers and payment points had deposited their payments into an old account. As a result, these customers were accidentally registered as debtors, and they were disconnected from the network.
