WILLEMSTAD - There are still almost 2 million guilders in building permits on the street. That is what Minister Zita Jesus-Leito of Traffic and Transport declared to the media this week.
This mainly concerns people who have applied for a building permit, have already started building, but have not paid afterwards.
From 2011, it concerns almost 1700 permits that were never collected and paid for. That is now going to change, according to the minister.
