WILLEMSTAD - Once again, the Health Inspectorate closed a truk’i pan (BBQ stand) after an inspection. That happened on the Cubaweg in the Santa Maria area.
According to the Inspectorate, cleaning had not been done for months and there were mold residues in places where the employees handle food. After the check, there was no other option than to close the place.
The owner may reopen when the truk’i pan has been thoroughly cleaned. Weekly check-ups follow.
