WILLEMSTAD - The police carried out several inspections during the weekend with the multidisciplinary team, which consists of the Police Force (KPC) and the Ministry of Economic Development (MEO).
14 businesses were checked, four of which were closed and one was reprimanded. The inspections took place in the vicinity of Wishi, Veeris, Kaminda George Willems, Kaminda Hensley Meulens, Groot St. Joris, Sta. Catharina and Brievengat.
The police have announced that they will carry out more checks this coming weekend and that they will be very visible on the street.
