WILLEMSTAD - Another patient died from the consequences of COVID-19, just like Thursday. The total number of deaths since the start of the corona crisis is 24.
628 corona tests were carried out on Sunday. 158 people were tested positive. A test ratio therefore of 25.1 percent. Eight people have recovered. Four patients have been hospitalized. There are now 23 patients, ten of whom are in intensive care.
There are also four patients from Bonaire in the CMC hospital, two of whom are in intensive care. The number of active cases in Curaçao is 1149.
Today the government will announce more measures to combat the increase in COVID-19 cases. The press conference is scheduled to start at 11:30 am.
