WILLEMSTAD - Residents of Curaçao can again make an appointment digitally to have their car inspected. Minister Charles Cooper of Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning (VVRP) and Minister Ornelio Martina of Administration, Planning and Services launched the new system on Monday.
It is not the first time that an appointment can be made digitally at the inspection desk. However, the system was taken offline a few years ago for unknown reasons.
Making an appointment is very easy according to the government. On gobiernu.cw, the option 'Kur bo Vehikulo' is available at the digital counter. A confirmation email will be sent after the request. It is recommended to make an appointment two weeks before the expiry of the inspection card. An extra thirty guilders will be charged for an appointment after the inspection card has expired.
