WILLEMSTAD - The Kingdom Council of Ministers has decided to nominate several judges for appointment to the Common Court of Justice, on the proposal of the Dutch Minister of Legal Protection Sander Dekker, also on behalf of his colleagues from Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten.
The effective date is the day on which the Royal Decree is signed, unless stated otherwise below.
These are:
Mrs. K.A.M. Lasten (as a member as of 1 September 2019);
Mr. Prof. B.J. van Ettekoven (as a deputy member);
Mr. Dr. E.J. Daalder (as a deputy member).
In addition, it was decided to nominate for appointment to the Law Enforcement Council:
Mr. L.M. Virginia (as a member).
