WILLEMSTAD - Mrs. M.W. (Maroeska) Scholte becomes Vice-President Curaçao and Bonaire of the Joint Court of Justice. Mr. E. (Eric) Mewe becomes a military member of the Joint Court of Justice. The Kingdom Council of Ministers has approved the nominations for appointment on the proposal of the Dutch of Legal Protection Weerwind.
Maroeska Scholte is currently a judge at the Joint Court of Justice. Her new position will take effect as soon as possible.
Eric Mewe will start on 1 March 2022 as a military member of the Joint Court of Justice in the Military Chamber of Appeal. He is currently Deputy Commander Naval Forces in the Caribbean.
