WILLEMSTAD - Utility company Aqualectra has been struggling with capacity shortages in recent days. As a result, several times this week they reported on their social media that there could be power outages during peak hours.
The capacity shortage has to do with the diesel generators.
According to Aqualectra, some forty neighborhoods will be affected by these power outages. They will continue to announce on their social media.
