WILLEMSTAD - Aqualectra is going to give the MiKuenta portal a new look. The renewal of the portal is part of the improved service that the utility company wants to offer.
Further digitization of processes, requests and contact points is the 'key step' of the process, according to the utility company.
Tomorrow Aqualectra will start the process of the MiKuenta upgrade. Due to the work, the website will be temporarily unavailable. This is from Wednesday, October 6, 5 a.m. to Friday, October 8, 5 p.m.
Aqualectra says it will add more innovations to the MiKuenta portal in the coming months.
