Aruba has a flexible policy to protect its citizens.
ORANJESTAD - Aruba will open its borders with Peru from March 18, the government announced earlier this week.
Those borders were closed when many corona infections occurred in that country. Travelers from that country are now welcome back to the island. Aruba has a flexible policy to protect its citizens.
Because a highly contagious variant of corona has surfaced in South Africa, the Crisis Team has decided to close the border with that country. The borders with Brazil and Venezuela will also remain closed for the time being.
