WILLEMSTAD - Aspirants of the Basic Training Coastguard (BOK) 2021 visited the Maritime Museum Curaçao on Friday. This is reported by the Caribbean Coast Guard.
The aspirants were shown around the museum and they did a small assignment. "As future seafaring personnel of the Coast Guard, it never hurts to discover some maritime history," said the Coast Guard.
The excursion is part of the last period of the Basic Training, just before the aspirants go home. They then start their final internship at their own Support Center in Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten.
