WILLEMSTAD — Banco di Caribe has reported temporary service interruptions affecting customers in Bonaire, Curaçao and Sint Maarten due to connectivity issues with its internet service providers.
According to the bank, the disruptions are impacting several digital and payment-related services, including Online Banking, the Mobile App, CBCS, instant external transfer payments and SWIFT services. As a result, customers may experience delays or be unable to access certain banking functions during this period.
Banco di Caribe stated that technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The bank apologized for the inconvenience caused and thanked customers for their patience and understanding while efforts continue to restore full service.
No indication has yet been given as to when all systems are expected to be fully operational again. The bank has advised customers to remain alert for further updates as more information becomes available.
