WILLEMSTAD - 33-year-old Curtley Basilia has been convicted again on appeal for his role in the Hato shooting on July 15, 2014. Two people were killed and seven bystanders injured.
Basilia is an alleged member of the No Limit Soldiers gang from the Koraalspecht neighborhood and had bribed a police officer to provide flight data and passenger information. This against payment of 30,000 guilders.
On that flight were rival gang members from Buena Vista City gang.
