Biggest topsail schooner Wylde Swan arrives in Willemstad

The 60-meter-long majestic ship sails with 30 youngsters and 12 crewmembers in the Caribbean waters from St. Maarten to Cuba.

WILLEMSTAD - From 6 March 2019 to 10 March 2019 tall ship Wylde Swan will visit Willemstad. The biggest two mast topsail schooner and most famous vessel of the fleet is executing a school program with Dutch high school students.

The 60-meter-long majestic ship sails with 30 youngsters and 12 crewmembers in the Caribbean waters from St. Maarten to Cuba.

Already in 1920, the Wylde Swan was sailing to bring the fresh catch from the North Atlantic to the Scandinavian fish markets as quickly as possible.

Between 2007 and 2010, the sleek ship with her beautiful lines was converted into the spectacular schooner that the Wylde Swan is today.
