WILLEMSTAD - The General Credit Union (ACU) is not in financial trouble. The board of the savings and credit cooperative announced this recently. This is how ACU responds to the reports from its own Supervisory Board.
It speaks of a time bomb because more money has to be reserved each year to write off bad loans.
But the board does not come up with an action plan, according to the Supervisory Board
