WILLEMSTAD - The film Bon Bini Holland 3 has welcomed 100,000 visitors in the Netherlands and thus won the Golden Film. The prize was received by Jandino Asporaat, Phi Nguyen and Sergio Romero Ijssel.

In Bon Bini Holland 3, Robertico poses as the owner of F.C. Kip and the restaurant is taken over by the American fast-food giant Wicked Chicken. Once in New York, things don't go as planned. Part of the film is set in Curaçao.

More than 1.7 million people worldwide have seen the Bon Boni movies in the cinema. In Curaçao they were the most visited Dutch films ever. “This is next level,” Asporaat writes on his social media. “That we are so embraced by you again with our fourth film is just bizarre.”

The film premiered in Curaçao on Thursday evening in the presence of Asporaat and the other protagonists.
