WILLEMSTAD - The use of a breathalyzer has not yet been regulated by law, but the results may already be used as evidence in the courtroom.
This was confirmed by the Minister of Justice, Quincy Girigorie. There is also a higher appeal case that can throw a spanner in the works. The legislation is now in the advisory phase and may enter into force this year.
