WILLEMSTAD - Today the building permit for the Art Hotel in Pietermaai will be officially in the hands of the owner. The modern boutique hotel will have 39 rooms and is a project by Bas Filippini. He owns the twelve properties on the Pietermaai coast.
The work will start after the May holiday. The hotel will most likely open in March 2023. The contractor is Wout Tieleman.
He has also been responsible for the construction of Corendon and Kunuku Aqua resort.
