WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao business community urges the government to accept the support of the Netherlands.
A letter to that effect has been signed by 14 companies and organizations. They argue that Curaçao has too little capacity to implement necessary reforms. Moreover, part of it was already included in the Growth Agreement.
According to the letter, agreeing to the Dutch conditions is a strong signal for migration, tourism, the financial sector and foreign investment.
